Standard: 6-10 months for most of our designers
Rush: available upon availability for each designer, as fast as 5 weeks upon approval, usually for an additional fee.
For our brides that need a gown quickly, we have two main options:
1: Something that makes us unique, is that we can sell about 90% of our gowns off the floor for immediate purchase!
2: We also carry designers with some quick ship + available stock options. So for our brides with short timelines, there is nothing to fear because we are here to help you purchase and take home your perfect gown today!
We are size inclusive. We carry gowns in size 6 to size 24, and all of our re-orderable gowns can be ordered in up to size 30.
We recommend ordering your wedding dress at least 6-9 months before your wedding date to allow time for production, shipping, and any necessary alterations.
However, if you are crunched for time, we do have dresses in stock and off-the-rack.
Absolutely! We offer customization options for many of our gowns, including changes to neckline, sleeves, length, and more. Speak with our consultants about your vision, and we’ll help bring it to life.
We allow up to 3 guests in addition to our bride, and do not allow anyone under 12 years of age. This helps create a more comfortable and focused experience.
If you have more than 3 guests, please give us a call to see if we can make any accommodations.
Yes, we have a selection of off-the-rack dresses available for immediate purchase. This is a great option for brides with shorter timelines.

Booking Questions
Yes, we are by appointment. We recommend making an appointment to ensure that one of our bridal consultants can give you the personalized attention you deserve.
You can either book online through our appointment scheduling system or by giving us a call during business hours at 1-818-619-5842.
Our appointments are FREE of charge. However, we do require a card on file. If you don't show up to your bridal appointment or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, a $100 fee will be charged to your card.

If you book an appointment and have to cancel for whatever reason, please give us notice ahead of time.
Feel free to bring any inspiration photos, your preferred undergarments, shoes with a similar heel height to what you'll wear on your wedding day, and even any accessories you plan to wear.
It can also be helpful to bring a trusted friend or family member for a second opinion.
